William B. Collins - Attorney

I have been practicing law since 1982, representing people for serious personal injuries throughout the United States. I am presently admitted to the State Bar of three separate states: New York, Florida and Michigan. My successful litigation in venues throughout the country attests to my ability to perform at the highest level anywhere and under any circumstances. I take special interest in complex industrial and commercial negligence, including explosions, chemical exposure, construction mishaps and unsafe work practices.

Education
I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and Cum Laude in the top ten of my class from Western Michigan University Law school. I am a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice, and the American Bar Association, and the Erie County Bar Association. I am also a member of The National Trial Lawyers Top 100. I have secured clients numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements, including verdicts of $33 million for an ironworker and $32 million for a roofer.

Principal Area(s) of Practice:

During the last 10 years, I have focused my practice on industrial injuries with a concentration on handling traumatic brain injury cases and catastrophic spinal injuries. I think the cards are stacked against the average working man and woman. I consider it a personal crusade to fight for them and get them their just due.
